At first glance the larger 5/8 x 1/2" beads appear to be dichroic glass, but are actually furnace glass with a foil interior. The effect is created by starting with a black glass base, adding a 'cracked' silver foil layer then topping with three vivid colors of glass, teal, blue and light amethyst. The smaller 8mm round beads have a dark blue core, silver foil above the blue core, and a clear glass exterior. Tiny spacing beads are emerald green glass beads with reflective silver lining for a bit of sparkle. |

The bracelet on this page was inspired the the Northern Lights, or Aurora Borealis.
