Shipping, ordering and payment info
- Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return your order for a refund.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the initial order.
We also accept returns for resizing.
We specialize in accommodating any size.
For sizing returns on bracelets, anklets, and necklaces, return your jewelry to the address listed below. Be sure to include as much of the following information as possible:
1) A copy of your invoice
2) Your return address
3) The size you wish your jewelry to be.
(We measure from end to end, including claspings.)

RINGS: Simply return the ring for a refund and order the correct size if it is available. Our rings are select castings and are not always size-able. If you need a different size than the size that you ordered, we handle it simply as a return and a possible new order. You are welcome to return the item for a refund within the thirty-day return period, and re-order the correct size any time at your convenience, if it is available. We are not able to have all choice sizes available at all times.

a) pay online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover through Google Checkout:

We recognize that your privacy and security are of the utmost importance so we use Google's secure checkout process for our payment system. Google is among the most trusted names in online business. When you use Google Checkout, your private information is completely secure.
b) pay by USPS money order:
If you are not sure what a Postal Money order is, please refer to "What is a Postal Money Order?" We accept no other type of money orders.
You may use the shopping cart, print your order out and send with your USPS money order. Please include you e-mail address and phone number so that we can inform you of the status of your order. Send your US Post Office Money Order to the address listed below.

What is a Postal Money Order?
US Postal Money Orders can only be purchased at your local post office. We do not accept personal checks or money orders other than Postal Money orders purchased from a US Post Office.

- Shipping Choices:
When will my order ship?
a) USPS First Class Mail: This shipping method is free to the customer. It is available for all of our merchandise with the exception of rings.
First Class Mail shipping time averages 3-5 days after order is shipped. The shipping time can be longer, especially before holidays.
b) USPS Priority Mail: There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $4.50 for Priority Mail upgrade.
Priority Mail shipping time averages 2-3 days after order is shipped. This can be longer during holiday season.
There is no guaranteed delivery date for Priority Mail, but it tends to be more reliable than First Class Mail, as far as on-time delivery is concerned.

- Resizing cost for necklaces, bracelets, and anklets:
The cost for sizing DOWN, or making an item shorter, is free for the first resizing. Customer will only be reimbursed for difference in price if the difference in price is greater than original price plus $2.50 reshipping and handling costs.
The cost for sizing UP is the difference in price of the two sizes.
Before sending items in to be re-sized, please measure carefully, we do not re-ship items twice for re-sizing.
Sizing DOWN example:
You paid $10.00 for 8 inch bracelet.
You return for resize to 6 inch bracelet, which costs $7.00.
You would be credited $0.50 for first resizing.
Sizing UP example:
You paid $10.00 for 8 inch bracelet.
You sized up to 9 inch bracelet which costs $12.00
You would be charged $2.00 for first resizing.
- RINGS: Simply return the ring for a refund and order the correct size if it is available. If you do not see the size you need available, feel free to contact us about other sizes.
